If a requested site is not found in the ratings database, Cerberian's
unique second line of defense, Dynamic Real-Time Rating™ (DRTR) is activated.

all requested Web pages in real-time, feeding the ratings database with
constant updates to ensure that Cerberian Web Manager has the most relevant
